The Power Option maintenance program provides a basic choice for customers. We will regularly inspect your equipment but provide service only as problems arise. This option is suitable for customers desiring minimal coverage with the option to upgrade features, as needed.

The Power Plus maintenance program provides reliable service for new or low use elevators that may not require the full service package. This package includes examination, cleaning and lubrication of all moving parts and minor adjustment on a regularly scheduled basis. We will report potential problems and will follow up with a proposal for any needed parts/repairs. This program ensures your elevator will be well maintained and, most importantly, safe for all to ride, while keeping your fixed cost at a minimum.

The Full Maintenance program offers the most comprehensive service plan. We will respond to any service requests during regular hours at no extra charge. Rest assured you will have 24hr emergency response service and guaranteed code compliance on annual safety testing. This plan keeps your price affordable, while providing more coverage and reliability.
